Lean Manufacturing Lead

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be accountable for driving operational excellence across multiple value streams within a manufacturing facility. This involves leading cross-functional teams, implementing lean principles, and developing a budget plan to manage operation costs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Minimum six (6) years of manufacturing/operations experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field, or four (4) years with a Master's/Doctorate degree.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth manufacturing background and experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
