Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Installer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate is skilled in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, including security systems, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling. This role requires a reliable, flexible, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable with travel and providing exceptional customer service..
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain low voltage systems per industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Respond to client phone calls on evenings and weekends as needed for troubleshooting support.
- Travel to various job sites as required (local and regional travel).
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, local code and company standards.
- Document installations and provide detailed reports to clients and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a low voltage installer.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Naples, FL area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel frequently for job assignments.
- Availability to take client troubleshooting calls on evenings and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, cabling, AV, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in low voltage systems (manufacturer-specific certifications), such as URC, Meraki, SAVI..
- Experience with network infrastructure and IP-based systems. Basic VLan networking.
Compensation & Benefits:
