Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of ECCP Operations to join our team as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our ECCP replication and expansion efforts.
You will work closely with the ECCP Management Team and the ECCP Director to provide technical assistance to State partners implementing ECCP, identify additional expansion opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to optimize program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors in replication/expansion states
- Develop and institute innovative solutions to optimize program operations
- Identify trends, needs, and solutions with the ECCP Management team
- Maintain familiarity and understanding of contract requirements related to ECCP replication/expansion states
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in the field of Mental Health
- Clinical License required
- 5 or more years of post-graduate work experience with children in behavioral health and early education fields
