As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are expanding our reach and growing into a new center to meet the increasing demand for high-quality services. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead, manage, and shape the clinical direction of our team as we expand, ensuring that our clients continue to receive the best evidence-based treatments in an environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and success.
As the ABA Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations, provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, and work directly with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered. You will have the opportunity to influence the development and implementation of programs, contribute to the growth of our organization, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families affected by autism.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and support the clinical team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based, effective, and tailored to each client's needs.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, providing professional development and guidance to support their growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, providing regular updates and recommendations for ongoing treatment.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Monitor data and ensure treatment progress is tracked accurately, adjusting programs as needed.
- Lead quality assurance and program evaluation efforts to continuously improve service delivery.
- Assist with expansion efforts for the new center.
