POSITION DETAILS
The Behavior Technician Recruiter serves as the first point of contact for candidates interested in becoming a Behavior Technician at Advanced Behavioral Therapy. The BT Recruiter is responsible for executing sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and making essential hiring decisions. The ideal candidate for this position will have recent or previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The BT Recruiter will leverage this experience to provide insight to candidates who are new to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

POSITION DETAILS
- Full time, Day shift, Monday through Friday
- Compensation starting at $50,000/year (Based on experience, education, and qualifications)

The Behavior Technician Recruiter serves as the first point of contact for candidates interested in becoming a Behavior Technician at Advanced Behavioral Therapy. The BT Recruiter is responsible for executing sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and making essential hiring decisions. The BT Recruiter will leverage this experience to provide insight to candidates who are new to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains job postings on external sites and updates/refreshes as appropriate.
- Partners with an interdepartmental team to ensure an adequate number of hires.
- Sources qualified applicants through provided resources, personal networks, social media, industry sites, and other resources to supplement database resources.
- Reviews incoming applicants within 1 business day of submission.
- Contacts and screens potentially qualified applicants.
- Conducts interviews using the ABT interview guide.
- Communicates effectively regarding delays, challenges, and downtime wherein additional work or projects can be accommodated.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to job roles, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Document all conversations and activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Apploi, to ensure appropriate metrics tracking.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have previous experience as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician). ABA experience without the RBT credential can be considered for a candidate with operational experience including scheduling, intake, etc within ABA.
- Must be passionate, eager, and willing to work in a collaborative environment.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have strong technical skills including Microsoft products.
- Previous ATS or CRM experience is highly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills including professional writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong decision-making and time-management skills.
- Must be driven to meet goals and garner quality outcomes.
- Must be confident and comfortable making cold calls, sending texts, sending intro emails, and networking via social media.
