Job Title: Behavior Technician (Level I, Level II, Advanced BT)


Locations:

  • Various locations including Cleveland, OH; The Woodlands, TX; Plano, TX; Burlington, MA; Worcester, MA; Albany, NY; Putnam, CT; Columbus, OH; Providence, RI; Ventura, CA; Gateway, CA


Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time (less than 20/20/30 hours)/Full-time (36-40 hours)


Compensation: $19/hour – $25/hour (additional $0.50 if RBT-certified or Spanish-speaking) depending on Education, Experience, and Location (final rate decided after the interview based on performance)

  • Part-time: Access to dental/vision benefits, sick leave according to state/local law, and eligibility to enroll in 401(k) plan
  • Full-time: Comprehensive benefits including accrual of PTO, paid holidays; overtime must be pre-approved by your local director


Additional Benefits:

  • $2/hour extra for work after 6:30 PM or on weekends
  • Fully paid training (2 ½ weeks, all virtual except the second Friday)
  • Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to provide therapeutic interventions and support based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of paid work experience with children with developmental disabilities or ABA experience
  • Possession of a smartphone, iPad, tablet, or laptop with internet services for capturing client session data
  • Tech-savvy skills and familiarity with digital tools
  • Experience with individuals with autism or special needs preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
  • Ability to keep up with active children and maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude
