- 1st response to all incoming calls.
- Take orders from our clients.
- Work with insurance, physician's office for proper documentation, IE: Rx, referrals, authorizations, etc.
- Verify that all paperwork is completed on each order and properly filed.
- Ensure we are providing our customers with the correct product for their needs and ensuring these items are taken care of on time and correctly.
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build relationship with people easily.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and identifying critical tasks with urgency.
- Ability to Multitask, work well under pressure, remain positive and flexible and perform as a team member in a team environment are all a must.
- Previous experience in dealing with Durable Medical Equipment in a Customer Service or Sales Role ( incontinence supplies, urological, wound car, diabetic, etc.) is preferred, not required.
- Brightree Experience.
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
Education:
High school graduate, College Degree preferred with excellent computer application experience, problem solving skills. Candidate will possess an aptitude for accuracy, good judgment and imitative. Candidate will have a clear understanding, knowledge, and experience with the complete medical billing cycle process, from submitting a clean claim, filling appeals, working denials and ultimate final resolution.
Schedule 08:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
