- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
General bookkeeping A/P, A/R, all accounting needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage payroll and employee timekeeping records
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCCE a Notary is a PLUS!!
knowledge in CCIP, Insurance audits, AIA billings Helpful
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to work independently and self motivated a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
