- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and organize file, documents, and office supplies.
- Assist in bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Provide person support, including scheduling personal appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle errands and various personal tasks as required.
- Assist with special projects and personal events.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
