What you will do:
Quality Management: Extensive Experience:
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Extensive Experience:
Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
Collaborating: Working Knowledge:
Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups constructively and collaboratively.
Problem Solving: Working Knowledge:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem-solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Extensive Experience
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

What you will do:
- Work with employees from multiple departments to improve quality practices in their processes using daily coaching, tracking CQI projects & Scorecard.
- Implement the Idea Generation Process and Corrective and Preventive Action processes by clarifying and verifying all ideas with related persons and spot checks, explaining the validation reasons, and encouraging to make contributions to achieve zero defect in operations.
- Coordinate with engineering personnel on matters regarding Concurrent Product and Process Development, New Product Introduction, prove design to production, engineering changes and deviations, supplier designs, specification approvals, and meeting cost reduction goals.
- Proactively develop quality-related control methodologies and systems.
- Support 5S/Lean Manufacturing/Class A and SAP and ongoing support, to help area owners set up goals and integrate 5S/Lean Manufacturing practices with the internal Quality Certification system through standardization and documentation.
