Top Tier Manufacturer is looking for a Quality Engineer professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to have the primary purpose of conducting investigations and analysis which contribute to the development and implementation of methods, procedures, and equipment that ensure quality standards for parts and prime products. The Quality Engineer will provide technical support for foundry products by leading quality development and certification of processes, cost reductions, production quality problems resolution, and warranty reduction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Quality Management : Extensive Experience
- Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) : Extensive Experience
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
- Collaborating : Working Knowledge
- Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Problem Solving : Working Knowledge
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Extensive Experience
- Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

This role will be ONSITE out of the Mapleton, IL facility.
