- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition.
- Experience managing the full accounting cycle, including reporting and financial analysis.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Business Central is required.
