- Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and operational teams to extract and organize process-related information.
- Coordinate the display of graphics and document formatting for clarity and readability.
- Ensure documentation aligns with predefined guidelines and industry best practices.
- Manage the document approval process by gathering feedback and implementing revisions.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and PowerPoint for document creation.
- Maintain organization of multiple documents across various platforms and systems.
- Upload final approved documents to designated repositories.
- Ensure follow-ups on pending approvals, updates, or clarifications.
