Description : Job Summary :
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the Controller. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases.
- Input invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into the accounting software.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Match invoices with purchase orders; ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and shipments.
- General Administrative Support
- Assist in filing and organizing financial documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and related documentation.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job the employee is confined mainly to an office setting.
