Description : General Purpose
Individuals in this position are responsible for building all special studs
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Read production prints.
Cut and assemble special studs.
Drop studs into forms.
Track number of studs build each day.
Operate a forklift.
Requirements : Education
There are no formal education requirements for this position.
Core Competencies
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must have basic reading and arithmetic skills.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be working in the plant. Individuals may be exposed to noise, moving machinery, dust, fumes and changing temperatures.
Job requires the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to, eye protection, hearing protection, work boots, hard hats and gloves.
Physical Demands
Requires lifting of up to 25 lbs.
Requires use of both feet when operating a forklift.
Requires the ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift; longer during periods of overtime.
Requires frequent bending, pushing and pulling.
Requires the ability to perform simple & firm grasping with both hands.
Requires frequent twisting, turning, bending or rotating of the waist, neck, head and wrists.
