WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to reasonably commute to Franklin, TN, Monday - Friday during regular working hours. This is an in-office position. This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is not a hybrid, telecommute or remote role. This role is 100% in-office.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL:
This position occasionally requires travel.

- Ability to perform front line tasks and train on all human resources functions to include recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, strategic planning, onboarding, engagement & retention, compliance, training, job analysis and safety.
- Plan, direct, and administer various human resource initiatives to include preboarding, onboarding, annual engagement and evaluation, and other culturally aligned programs.
- Oversight of companies’ employee benefit programs, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
- Guide and deploy associate benefits best practices through benchmarking, researching industry and employment trends, tracking legislation, and estimating impact with coordination with finance.
- In collaboration with finance, participate in benefits and compliance oversight with audit, reporting, investigation, and issue resolution in alignment with policy.
- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement and learning programs that align with the company's overall strategy of recruitment, retention, and competency validation.
- Provide benchmark data, scorecards, charts, or other HR program reporting, including audits and recommendations for improvement and compliance.
- Attend and present at strategic plan meetings by aligning human resources work with company goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
- Ensure all members of the human resources department are competently trained to remain engaged and compliant with expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure HR initiative success.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience is required
- Required to obtain CCHP certification after 1 year of employment.
- Required to have a senior certification by SHRM or HRCI or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
