Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Medical Practice Front Desk experience – 6 months minimum (required)
- EMR experience (Required) EMA (Preferred)
Office Administration and Management:
- Responsible for patient check-in, treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reviews patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures have been obtained.
- Enters new patient information into computer. Ensures the patient feels welcome to the practice.
- Duties include verifying insurances, collecting moneys, answering phone calls, and completing daily close outs.
