We are seeking a dedicated and organized Med Spa Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while managing the front office operations of our spa. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in managing office operations, including filing and organizing patient documents.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical scheduling systems.
- Strong patient service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and staff.
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting is preferred.
