The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, assisting guests with spa reservations, inquiries, and service offerings
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely bookings
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, including handling guest check-outs and payments
- Provide guests with information about spa services, products, and promotions
- Ensure the spa reception area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with necessary materials
- Assist with retail sales, including recommending spa products and completing transactions
- Ensure guest preferences and requests are accurately noted in the booking system
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards within the spa environment

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent guest service
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems or scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
