Position: Dermatology Cosmetic Coordinator
Location: Spokane Valley, WA and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Job Description:
As a part-time Dermatology Cosmetic Coordinator, you will be the maestro behind our patients' aesthetic journeys. You will work closely with our dermatologists and support staff to ensure seamless cosmetic procedures and treatments. Your mission is to make every patient feel like royalty from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave with a smile. In this role you will work Wednesday-Friday, Friday's will be in Coeur d'Alene, Wednesday & Thursday will be in either practice depending on needs.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate cosmetic procedures and appointments.
- Provide detailed information on treatments, pre-care, and post-care instructions.
- Educate patients on skincare products and recommend appropriate products.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cosmetic treatment area.
- Follow up with patients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest cosmetic dermatology trends and treatments.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for skincare and cosmetic dermatology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures and products (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in fast-paced situations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
