JOB SUMMARY
This position provides high-level administrative support of an often-confidential nature and serves as the personal executive assistant to C-Level Executives in the C-Suite. Reporting directly to CEO group, the Executive Assistant will provide support in a one-on-one, day to day working relationship, and is the main point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO group.
The staff in this position will be sharp, exercising independent judgment and common-sense thinking. Will maintain professionalism at all times, have professional presentation and poise.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven success implementing rational decision making quickly, meticulous attention to detail, administrative task management, and astute organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and quick deadlines at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with complete discretion in a professional manner.
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence that can be confidential.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO group keeping him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Email management, Creating PowerPoint presentations, Managing expenses.
- Will serve as liaison between executive team and other departments within the organization.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting external and personal correspondence, and managing other tasks that facilitate the CEO group.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. College degree preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in a high-level administrative role in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook-Calendaring & Scheduling as required by the position.
- Must be innovative minded, and excel at working within an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.
