Advanced Diesel & Auto Repair, for the past 13 years, has been offering minor to major repair services, from engine to transmission repairs to oil changes and computerized alignments. Cars to light-duty trucks, and semi-trucks/trailers to construction/farm equipment – we cover it all. Now, we are looking to add a Heavy Truck Technician to the team. Advanced Diesel & Auto takes pride in offering its technicians above and beyond dealer-quality equipment and tools. Now offering an optional 4-Day work week or the traditional 5-Day work week to best fit your schedule. Owner and techs are all former dealership technicians.
Position Requirements:
· Inspect & repair trucks and trailers efficiently
· Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in heavy diesel repair
· NO Road side services required
· Handle routine repairs
· Use diagnostic equipment and test results accurately
· Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans
· Collaborates with other diesel technicians
· Complete test drives to make sure the truck/trailer operates correctly
· Use power, machine, and hand tools safely
· Follows all motor vehicle repair shop regulations and standards
· Maintains clean work bay and safe work environment
· Job candidates will need their own general tools to perform standard vehicle work, specialty tools will be supplied within reason. A possibility of a monthly tool allowance for the right candidate

Education & Experience:
· A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
· Training/Past Experience in professional heavy diesel repair - 3 years minimum
· Valid Driver’s License
· Demonstrate time management, organization and problem solving skills
· Attention to detail along with a strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
