We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to represent our product lines in Northeast Pennsylvania and Upstate New York. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing revenue by prospecting new customers and introducing them to the benefits and features of our products and services. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to build long-lasting relationships, and a strong work ethic. This position has the potential to earn uncapped commission based on performance; you control your earning potential. A confident sales professional that is eager to learn, driven by results, and hungry to earn, will be a great addition to our winning team.

Position Responsibilities

· Manage the complete sale process from start to finish. This includes prospecting, identifying solutions, project costing, proposal presentation, closing the sale, coordinating installation with the operations team, and post-sale follow up.

· Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.

· Travel within your region to identify and contact new customers and develop relationships with key decision makers.

· Customer on-site surveys to identify damaged racking, safety hazards, and operational inefficiencies.

· Create sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and providing effective and efficient solutions.

· Sales document preparation including vendor RFQ’s, site drawings & evaluation, project costing worksheets, and project proposals.

· Utilize CRM software to document customer information, activity, and effectively prioritize leads and follow-up cadence.

· Achieve established KPI’s including, but not limited to monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, new customer acquisitions, regional growth, and gross profit targets.

· Participate in weekly Sales/Operations project planning meetings.

· Participate in bi-annual sales meetings and attend industry trade shows as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

· High School Diploma or GED required, college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of Outside B2B Sales experience required. Preferred experience with material handling equipment.

· Professional in manner and appearance.

· Proven record of customer prospecting and cold calling to develop new business opportunities.

· Proven ability to work remotely with limited supervision.

· Mechanically inclined with a positive “can do” attitude.

· Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize and adapt to tasks as required.

· Demonstrates a sense of urgency to complete tasks.

· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Compensation Structure

· Base Salary Draw

· Sales Commission Rate – 40% of the gross profit on each sale – Uncapped earning potential.

· First 12 month earning potential of $60,000 – $100,000 depending on performance.

· Monthly vehicle allowance – Minimum of $750 per month

· Computer, cell phone, internet connection, office equipment, and office supplies will be provided for use at employee remote office.

· 100% of the employee’s medical insurance premium is covered by the company.

· Dental and vision insurance is available.

· Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.

· 401K Program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
