Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter with a friendly, outgoing personality who excels in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, self motivated, pays attention to detail, and has excellent work ethic, ensuring a seamless front desk operation that contributes to the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Patient Check-In: Greet patients warmly and facilitate a smooth check-in process.
*Documentation Management: Reviewing documents for accuracy and uploading to charts, etc.
*Referral Management: Handle the management and coordination of patient referrals efficiently.
*Telephone Management: Answer and route phone calls professionally and courteously.
*Financial Transactions: Process cash handling, patient cost share collections, and co-pays accurately.
*Insurance Verifications: Conduct insurance verifications to support billing processes.
*Checkout Process: Learn check out for cross-training.
Qualifications:
******Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.******
*Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, for one year minimum.
