We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in the hair restoration company. The Medical Assistant will work directly with our hair restoration surgeon, assisting in hair transplant procedures and providing patient care before, during, and after procedures. Responsibilities:
- Assist with hair transplant procedures under the direction of the hair restoration surgeon
- Prepare patients for procedures, including drawing blood, taking vitals, and reviewing medical history
- Sterilize and maintain equipment and exam rooms
- Communicate with patients, answering questions and providing post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient recordkeeping
Requirements:
- Professional Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a medical setting, preferably in hair restoration or plastic surgery
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
