Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health to join our team at Advanced Health Care. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support they need for a smooth recovery. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and manage medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in medical-surgical or primary care settings preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations is a plus.

Pay: $35.33 - $39.64 per hour
