Summary:
The Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support and overseeing office procedures for efficiency and effectiveness. This role includes managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and supporting a professional office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor office expenses, process invoices, run accounts payable checks, and assist with financial report preparation.
- Technology & Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in office management and bookkeeping.
- Education: Associates degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, discretion with confidential information, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation:
- Salary range $35,000/yr to $45,000/yr. DOE
