Company Overview: We are a well-established local company with 28 years of experience and an A rating with the Better Business Bureau(BBB). We are currently seeking a qualified candidate with previous office, customer service and marketing experience to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, promoting and selling hearing products and services, nurturing leads, and building brand loyalty, as well as, assisting with email marketing and image editing. This position handles inbound calls for sales and support, follow-up communication via phone or email, and outbound calls to interested parties only (no cold calling). Training will be provided through shadowing a current employee. Reliable transportation is required.
This job post is for a full-time position, M-F 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (no weekends or holidays). This is not a call center or retail center setting and our staff are not paid by commission or held to rigid processes and metrics.
Duties include:
- Processing inbound sales orders and return calls to take orders, while ensuring customers receive the best product for their needs
- Fulfill and ship customer orders
- Nuture inbound leads
- Provide general phone and email customer service
- Perform general office work
- Make outbound calls to our internal list of customers and contacts
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with email marketing
- Light Graphic Artist projects
- Image editing
