Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues via phone systems and email.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments to ensure efficient use of time for team members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with customer support and phone systems will be beneficial.
