About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our Venus, TX branch. This position is primarily remote, and we welcome candidates who prefer working from home. The expectation is to attend a weekly virtual sales call and check in at the office occasionally—whether to collaborate, receive support, or just reconnect with the team.
This role will focus on growing small-to-mid-sized customer accounts and bringing in new business across North Texas, with a focus on the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector
- Grow assigned accounts by providing value-added solutions
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and plant personnel
- Stay informed on product applications and technical developments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities
- Collaborate with inside sales and engineering support teams
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance KPIs
Preferred Technical Experience (Not Required, But a Plus):
- ABB Variable Speed Drives (VFDs) or other VSDs
- Instrumentation (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, etc.)
- Electric Motors (Low and Medium Voltage)
- PLCs / Automation and Controls
- Low Voltage Electrification and Distribution
- Medium Voltage Equipment & Applications
Qualifications
- 5 years of industrial outside sales experience required
- Strong knowledge of Electrical or E&I applications preferred
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time, and close deals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 4-year degree preferred, but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
