We are a marketing and distribution company for automotive parts and are the leading supplier of CV Axles to the Automotive Aftermarket in North America. We also offer a broad coverage of Window Regulators, Drive Shafts, and ATV Axles. We sell to Warehouse Distributors and mass retailers throughout North America and are a rapidly growing company poised for continued growth.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is directly responsible for the creation, maintenance, accuracy, and distribution of custom catalog data and digital assets including conventional “flat” images and 360-degree images.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, up-to-date, and thorough knowledge of custom product catalog data including but not limited to:
Detailed application information
Catalog conflicts and holes
Product images and digital assets
Current industry catalog standards and versions (Aces, Pies, etc.)
Up-to-date data and image standards and delivery guidelines for specified Customer
Create catalog data for new products with application data from product development team.
Catalog and data maintenance to reflect any changes, new part additions, corrections.
Monitoring catalog performance, such as search accuracy for customer satisfaction.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve catalog usability.
Receive, research, and respond to customer and sales team concerns regarding catalog application data, coordinating with product management team.
Be responsive & proactive in managing requests and inquiries from internal management, sales team, and customers. Review and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure on-time delivery of catalog data updates in proper format with correct notation to customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Automotive aftermarket electronic cataloging preferred
Advanced Vehicle parts knowledge (automotive part fitment) preferred.
Experience working with product attributes and application mapping preferred.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years catalog related experience (mapping, distribution, research, etc.)
Automotive aftermarket catalog experience (ACES and PIES) required
Must have experience cataloging automobile makes, models, sub-models, drive types, engine sizes, and transmission types.
Must Possess Basic vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to travel nationally for customer support and industry training.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
College associate’s degree or ACP accreditation (Automotive Content Professional) preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Quarterly national travel for Product team meetings.
Additional travel as required for industry-related events (ACPN, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Ability to lift, lower, carry product up to a maximum of 50 pounds
Wear safety attire when in the warehouse such as steel-toe boots
Regular sitting, walking, standing, bending and climbing stairs
Office environment with minimal noise
