the retail, remodeling, commercial and multi-family markets focusing not only on the products, but also the services that
the new homebuilder needs. Our business has grown to include not only flooring, but also a full offering of cabinetry and a
Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite, Quartz and Solid Surface.
Position Summary
On a day-to-day basis, Data Entry will be responsible for job file prep, quote entry of all retail, builder remodel & restoration
flooring & stone sales orders, quote entry for flooring claims, initial scheduling input, as well as sales order assistance. This is a
full time/hourly position.
Shift Hours
8:00am-4:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and service customers in the following areas:
- Sales
- Quoting - sales & claims
- Job prep (File & Dynamics)
- Facilitate measure appointments
- POs
- Release of Sales Orders for product ordering
- Initial Schedules
- General
- Receive direct operational communication from assigned retail and remodel/restoration accounts and
work with other AI staff to fulfill AI’s responsibilities to the customer. In turn then inform the customer
contact of the information they are seeking or need.

- Abilities: detail oriented, motivated to work hard and exceeds customer expectations, and demonstrates a
can-do attitude.
- Experience: Experience in Data Entry is critical and experience in the residential building market is a definite plus.
