Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Installation Manager to oversee Irrigation installation projects from start to finish. The Irrigation Installation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the installation of irrigation systems. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, sales, and execution of irrigation installation projects.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of technicians and laborers, providing training and support as needed.
- System Design: Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop efficient irrigation systems tailored to specific site requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree is preferred.
- Experience: Experience reading building plans, specs, and estimating required; Experience in irrigation installation and management preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required
- Preferred: PLT License, Certified Irrigation Contractor
