Qualifications
- Desire to learn how to blueprint, forklift, use precision measuring tools...
- Familiarity with vocational environments is a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn communication skills to interact with cohort members and staff.
- Willingness to learn and use machines.
- Basic knowledge of math is helpful but not required.
