About the Role
We are seeking a Lathe Machinist to support our production machining operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate one of our many multi-machine cells
- Gain hands-on experience working with a variety of sophisticated machines

Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Overtime: Scheduled on Fridays, providing extra earning potential

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe cell (New Doosan and Mori 2 axis machines) to produce a myriad of parts and components
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements, specifications, and desired outcomes for production.
Qualifications
- 5 years of complex setup machining preferred on lathe
- Ability to read blueprints and select tooling
- Lathe CAM programming experience preferred but not necessary - this is an opportunity to develop that skill set further
