What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice that answers our customers' calls and saves the day.
- Work your magic by coordinating with our amazing technicians and other departments to get things done.
- Learn the ropes in other departments like Order Fulfillment and Production, because you're a multi-talented superstar!
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls with a smile and create cases faster than a speeding bullet.
- Update cases in Salesforce like a pro, attaching important documents and making sure everything's in order.
- Keep an eye on our Field Service Technicians' workflow and make sure they're on track to save the day.
- Follow up on cases like a detective, ensuring our customers are happy and our technicians are on top of things.
- Handle customer inquiries with finesse, even with the occasional villainous customer.
- Get feedback from our customers and make sure they're feeling super satisfied.
- Team up with our Sales Department to handle incoming requests like a dynamic duo.
- Assist with billing inquiries and make sure everything adds up.
- Grab materials from other departments like a ninja, making sure our operations run smoothly.
- Take meeting minutes like a pro and help us improve our processes like a true champion.
- Help out with inventory inspections because every superhero needs to know what's in their arsenal.

Qualifications
What You Need:
