What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lacrosse Coach-Girls JV position at Advanced Math and Science Academy Charter School?
The Advanced Math and Science Academy is seeking qualified applicants for its vacant JV Girls Lacrosse
coaching position. AMSA (grades 6-12) is a Central Mass. member of the MIAA and the Colonial Athletic
League. The job will consist of helping to lead the school's successful Girls Lacrosse program. Duties will
include, but are not limited to: practice planning, player development, scouting and game-planning with
the varsity coaching staff, overseeing a roster of students at both the high school and middle school
level as seen fit by the varsity coach, coaching various skill-levels of student-athletes, and helping the
Athletic Department staff uphold and instill the AMSA Mission Statement as it pertains to athletics.

Bachelor's Degree along with significant playing and coaching experience strongly desired. Previous high
school coaching experience preferred. The ability to commit to the time necessary to help run an
effective high school Swim program is essential. Must be willing to be available for intermittent nights,
weekends and some holidays. Candidate will be subject to CORI/Background checks upon appointment.
