As the Inside Sales Representative (remote), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our various locations, particularly Destination Aesthetics Medical Spas. Your responsibilities will include providing telephone coverage, scheduling appointments, managing leads, handling transactions, and ensuring exceptional client care. This position will cater to the state of California, with preference given to candidates in the Pacific Standard Time zone.
Position Overview:
Sales Generation:
-Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels to promote AMP's services and products.
-Identify and nurture sales leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through effective persuasion techniques.
-Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
-Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate clients on the benefits, features, and results of our services and products.
-Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the medical spa.
-Curate prospective patients and move them through the sales funnel, consistently meeting/exceeding market targets.
-Prepare accurate forecasts on a weekly basis and maintain a sophisticated sales pipeline management system.
-Travel up to 10% of the time for team collaboration and market support.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
-Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns or issues they may have.
-Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address client queries.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
-Collaborate with the medical spa team to share insights, best practices, and success stories.
-Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, open houses, and trade shows to promote the medical spa's services and products.
-Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging skincare technologies.
-Handles all other assignments & projects as needed – within role capacity.
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
-1 year of inside sales experience, preferably in the medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry.
-Eagerness to learn, adaptability to new sales systems, and openness to coaching.
-Clear and precise communication skills on the phone, with strong organizational discipline.
-Competitive drive towards individual and team-oriented goals.
-Passion for the aesthetic and skincare industry, with a deep understanding of treatments, procedures, and product lines.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
-Experience in medical offices or understanding of cosmetic procedures and skincare products is a plus.
