Position Overview: As Medical Doctor, you’ll oversee the medical operations of our location, ensuring excellence in all wellness and aesthetic treatments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting mid-level practitioners and other medical staff members with patient care questions and emergencies.
- Reviewing and approving clinic protocols as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing timely chart reviews within our EMR system
- Implementing the latest in aesthetic medical practices and technology
- Consult with patients to determine the most appropriate treatment; create and execute treatment plans.
- Consult and design treatment plans for wellness programs such as medically supervised weight loss and hormone optimization.
- Respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Regularly participate in training and staff meetings.
- Provide full suite of medical aesthetic services in a professional manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a current M.D. or D.O. license in the state of Oklahoma, (board-certified or board-eligible).
- Specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred, but not required.
- Previous leadership experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting.
- Proven proficiency or willingness to learn aesthetic medical treatments.
- Excellent customer support, communication skills, and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to enhancing patient well-being.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and continually grow skills.
