Job Description:
Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions, performing routine exams, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
- Emphasize preventative care and wellness, including vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
Patient Engagement:
- Build long-term relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care through personalized and accessible services.
- Conduct in-person, telehealth, and potentially home visits to meet the diverse needs of patients.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive measures, and health maintenance strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training to stay current with medical practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with clinic staff, including medical assistants and administrative personnel, to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
Direct Primary Care Model:
- Adhere to the direct primary care model by limiting patient panel size to ensure high-quality, accessible care.

- Avoid billing insurance by providing care through a membership-based model, emphasizing transparency and cost-effectiveness for patients.
Community Engagement:

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
- Unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma.
