As the Aesthetic Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical spa. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient business operations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in driving the success and growth of our spa.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Daily Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of the medical spa's operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise staff members and delegate tasks as necessary to optimize workflow.
- Address any operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all staff members provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients to enhance their experience.
3. Policy and Procedure Development:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain high standards.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and industry standards.
4. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for use.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed while minimizing waste.
5. Appointment Scheduling:
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and ensure that all clients are seen in a timely manner.
- Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize client satisfaction and staff efficiency.
6. Record Keeping:
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Safeguard client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotions, and events to increase business.
8. Staff Management and Training:
- Manage and train staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff performance.
9. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that the spa is in compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare, safety, and sanitation.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of P&L statements and financial management principles.
- Experience managing people and/or high-level business operations.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
- Superior customer service and leadership skills.
- Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
- Experience in the medical spa, dermatology, salon, retail, or plastic surgery industry is preferred.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
