ADVANCED Motion Controls® (AMC) is looking for an experienced electronic ASSEMBLER. The hired candidate will assist with various electro-mechanical assembly duties.

Job Requirements:
Job duties include: Electro-mechanical assembly, RTV, conformal coat, soldering, component prep of through-hole parts using hand tools and pneumatic machines, performing software testing on products, etc. Perform other assignments as required.
- Minimum 1-year prior work experience as an electro-mechanical assembler.
- Knowledge of IPC-610 specifications.
- Perform all work to company quality and productivity requirements.
- Understand and adhere to ESD and ISO procedures.
- Check for work correctness and conformance to specifications.
- Work under moderate supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
- Be able to speak, write and read English.
- Be able to use a computer to read mechanical drawings and written work instructions.
- Will occasionally/frequently/constantly: stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift/push/pull to 30 lbs.
- This is a full-time position located at our Camarillo facility, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (October through May). Summer hours (June through September): Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:45pm.
- Overtime is required, including starting early, staying late, and working Saturdays.
- We are ITAR Registered (International-Traffic-In-Arms-Regulations). Hired candidate must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Required Education:
- Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Prior experience soldering SMT components, soldering and assembling through-hole components and other electro-mechanical components.
Pay Range: $18.00 to $23.50 per hour.
