Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, with a focus on residential and commercial spaces. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional service.
Duties:
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including buffing and floor care, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Hours 4-9 PM..
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain the facilities through routine maintenance, including but not limited to, porter duties and other custodial tasks.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and maintain various surfaces, including walls, floors, and windows.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to any facility maintenance needs or concerns.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities custodial work.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
-Must be flexible with floating between 4-5 schools within a 10 mile radius.
