POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking an individual to serve on the internal operations team as part of our support system for our outside territory managers and their
clients. The GI Operations Specialist will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, such as assisting territory managers in setting
up and servicing new and existing clients, assisting clients with pathology report content or delivery, facilitating slide and tissue block
send-outs, scheduling FedEx or UPS pickups, coordinating and communicating supply needs, and answering calls.
This is a fun, high-paced, customer-centric position with an experienced and energetic team.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily
Monitoring the orders email: Report faxing, FedEx pickup request, Billing
concerns/request, triaging supply orders, territory manager requests
Answering phones for client and territory manager needs
Trouble tickets/call-ons
Addendum calls Upon Request/Periodically
Daily Sales Report
Slide/TissueSend-outs
Special Request: special report requests, STAT requests, correction request
Supply orders for clients
REQUIREMENTS
