Sales Operation Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
This individual serves on the internal operations team as the support system for our sales representatives and their customers. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, such as assisting reps with specimen missing information, calling clinics to notify them of results needing priority attention, reaching out to patients to determine if they need assistance in specimen collection guidance, scheduling FedEx pickups, facilitating supply needs, and answering rep and customer calls.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily
· Fielding patient calls post specimen collection and scheduling pickups via FedEx and providing collection guidance.
· Monitoring the Account Management Email: Report refaxing, FedEx pickup request, Billing concerns/request, triaging supply orders, Rep request
· Answering phones for customer and sales representative
· Collecting/verifying pertinent information to process specimens
Upon Request/periodically
· Daily Sales Report (backfill)
· Specimen Send-outs
· Special Request: special report requests, STAT requests, correction request
· New Hire Training essentials: building binders/folders,
· Marketing pickups
Requirements:
· Upbeat personality and positive attitude
· Willingness to trouble-shoot problems in real-time.
· Efficient computer user who is able to navigate health information systems. Microsoft office experience (Excel) and or Google Sheets is a huge plus.
· Team Player
Hours:
8:30 - 5:30
Starting Pay:
$16-18 / Hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
