Key Responsibilities
* Interact with job applicants, employees, and department heads to provide information and answer questions
* Manage timekeeping, absence, and employee benefits
* Provide HR support to our Operations team
* Recruit and hire new employees
* Facilitate training and orientation for new hires
* Analyze data and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One to three years of administrative experience
* One to three years of recruiting experience
* Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
