What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Advanced Physical Therapy?
Advanced Physical Therapy is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to help meet our patients needs in our Bentonville location. Candidates will help our patients by processing referrals, doing insurance benefits checks, scheduling patients, and helping ensure great communication with our referring doctors offices and clients. Candidates with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organization excel in this position. Medical reception experience is highly preferred!
