What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position at Advanced Plating?
We are looking for an energetic, self motivated and very organized person for our family owned & operated Metal finishing company. We specialize in Plating for Aftermarket Automotive Cars and Guitars!
Use your organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Advanced Plating executives and operational teams. Outstanding communication skills and keen attention to details are vital qualifications to this role. Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain vendor price guides, maintain all employee records, maintain office supplies and shop supplies, assist CEO with calendar prioritization and scheduling, Invoice daily, filing and retention. General clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing mail daily, credit card reconciliation daily and greeting Customers and Guests.
- You must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 3 or more years experience in administrative support
- 3 or more years advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook required)
- Strongly prefer experience in Operations support for manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Sage accounting knowledge helpful
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Hours are 7:30 am to 4 pm with 30 minute lunch

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
