Job Characteristics:
Position performs specialized technical work efficiently with confidence and competence
Must have above average attention to details and be concerned for correctness of work
Must be able to complete tasks on time in a faster-than-average pace
Position is task oriented with a conservative, careful and cautious approach to work
Must have high standard for quality and accuracy while adhering to guidelines and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
Operate, repair, and maintenance of various manufacturing equipment - compounding, injection molding and tooling maintenance, HT furnaces, CNC and manual machining
Develop more efficient manufacturing processes with the assistance of engineering
Flex from one process to another based on production needs
Maintain product tracking, equipment maintenance, and process changes records
- Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met
- Overtime as needed
Assist Facilities Manager with the repair and maintenance of facility and infrastructure
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of manufacturing experience
Associates degree in mechanical or electrical engineering desired
5 years of use and repair of manufacturing equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner
