**Job Overview**
We are seeking a qualified Medical or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing medical services and patient care to patients admitted to our facilities and throughout their treatment journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality medical care that meets the needs of our patients
- Use electronic health records to document patient information and treatment plans
- Collaborate with our medical director and leadership team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient presentation, medical judgment, and risks and benefits
- Screen for nutrition deficiencies and make interventions or referrals as needed
**Requirements**
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of practice
- Graduated from an accredited Master's Program or higher
- Familiarity with JCAHO and other indicated healthcare standards preferred
- Familiarity with ASAM/ASAM Criteria and other indicated healthcare standards preferred
- Strong communication skills to relate to all levels of facility staff
- Application of Continuous Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement Team philosophy
